Donate Now to Make a Difference
In the fierce urgency of now, your support unites people of all faiths and builds a strong coalition for change.
The Fellowship of Reconciliation envisions a world of justice, peace, and freedom. It is a revolutionary vision where differences are respected, conflicts are addressed nonviolently, oppressive structures are dismantled, and solidarity and reconciliation is realized. Your support is essential to our realizing this vision.
Raising funds to support our work and mission includes continually examining our fundraising policies and practices; having meaningful and challenging conversations about how we engage members; including members in the work of building and growing FOR-USA beyond the mere raising of funds; and examining practices to work to ensure that we are not complicit in perpetuating injustices we are trying to address. We understand fundraising and community building to be an act of justice, not mere charity. Thus, we seek to work with others to challenge development models designed to help privileged, white, wealthy people feel good about themselves. Instead, we seek to invite participation and support rooted in a radical revolution in values and the building of a more just, equitable, beloved community.
We focus our fundraising efforts on growing our donor base of small individual donors. We carefully consider all foundation or corporate donations and do not accept contributions that conflict with our mission
As an interfaith organization, FOR-USA’s mission is to organize, train, and grow a diverse movement that welcomes all people of conscience to end structures of violence and war, and create peace through the transformative power of nonviolence. Your contribution supports this mission.
