Peace Award Nominations Form

Your input is needed to help us discover those individuals or groups who are the “unsung” among us. We want to recognize those who are dedicated to promoting peace and nonviolence in significant ways and whose efforts have made an impact. They include the heroes in our lives who inspire and encourage us through their example.

We look for those who consistently make a professional and personal commitment to nonviolence, social justice and sustainability and serve as a role model.
