Gathering Voices: Climate & Justice Conversations–Leslie Cagan

The UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) is taking place in Glasgow on 31 October – 12 November 2021. In light of this important event we’ve asked FOR members and activists to discuss where the issue of climate change intersects with issues of militarism in the peace movement. Leslie Cagan has over 50 years experience in social change movements and activism on issues ranging from peace and climate justice to gender and LGBTQ equity. She lives in New York City.

  1. Hi Leslie, YES! We have always needed to connect across movements to become successful. Thank you for this. Always critical to call out the need for corporate accountability, too. Thank you. I posted this on my FB page.

    Yeah! Cindy Piester
