- Charles Pickering-The record on Judge Pickering clearly demonstrates hostility towards civil and voting rights for racial and ethnic minorities in Mississippi.
- Carolyn Kuhl -We are deeply concerned about Judge Kuhl's activist and extreme views on important civil and women's rights issues, as well as her willingness to protect individuals' basic rights.
- Bill Pryor- We believe that Bill Pryor would not make a sufficient candidate for the eleventh circuit court because his views would jeopardize the civil rights and liberties of racial and ethnic minorities.
