Freeman Peace Internships: FOR offers year-long peace internships at the national office in Nyack, N.Y., focusing on program areas such as racial and economic justice and organizing,
local group organizing, international/interfaith work, and communications and media.

Internship application deadline 3/31/2002. Watch this site for updates.

The Decade of Nonviolence: The U.N. has declared a Decade of Nonviolence for the years 2001-2010. We especially hope to encourage youth to participate in activities promoting the Decade. For more information, see our page on the Decade of Nonviolence.
