Thank you for your willingness to be an FOR Facilitator in the From Violence to Wholeness program. In order to provide professional and consistent programs, F.O.R. has set expectations for Facilitators:
F.O.R. Expectations of Facilitators

Guidelines for Facilitator Compensation
In the interest of justice and building community among Facilitators, FOR strongly recommends that all Facilitators advocate that they be compensated in one of two ways: (1) Some Facilitators will work with a sponsoring organization that subsidizes and promotes training and provides services, materials, and continuing education; these Facilitators may agree to provide their services for free. (2) Other Facilitators should request a stipend of $450 each, over and above the costs of their housing, travel and meals. If they wish to donate it, that is their personal choice. Facilitators have invested time and money to become trained, and they prepare and set aside time to deliver the training. FOR and organizers must appropriately acknowledge the contribution Facilitators make to the work of peace.
If you agree to these expectations, please sign, date and mail this form to F.O.R. at Box 271, Nyack, New York, 10960.
