Ecumenical Peace Institute/ Clergy and Laity Concerned

Ecumenical Peace Institute is a faith-based organization with more than four decades of history of grassroots organizing for peace and justice. EPI/CALC’s programs include: organizing nonviolent protests and vigils, including cosponsoring an annual Good Friday witness at the Lawrence Livermore Nuclear Laboratories; publishing an occasional newsletter, Planted by the Waters; and sponsoring lectures, workshops, and other events focused on ending war, promoting economic and racial justice, and other social concerns.
