Arkansas Coalition for Peace and Justice

The Arkansas Coalition for Peace and Justice (ACPJ) is an association of individuals and organizations who support a vision of harmony with the earth and all people through education, dialogue and action.

We focus on three areas:

• Peace and Nonviolence: peacemaking, peaceful conflict resolution and finding alternatives to war
• Social Justice: Social, racial and economic justice, human solidarity and human rights
• Ecology: ecological sustainability and stewardship, to live in harmony with Mother Earth.

The Coalition is a volunteer organization.

ACPJ is committed to a culture of peace, and building a country where domestic policies are sound and just, and where the world at large is treated with respect and dignity.

ACPJ is affiliated with the national Fellowship of Reconciliation. ACPJ also regularly cooperates with the Little Rock chapter of WAND – Women’s Action for New Directions – in many activities.
